Sugar & Sarge

My two babies are doing GREAT.  They are so, so beautiful!  And so precious.  The filly, who I named Sugar, is the sweetest little thing and so loving, especially to her mama..moi!   Her brother, Sergeant is a bit more shy, but he's coming along.   Sugar is doing really well on her lead training but Sarge is not up to her yet.  She's just more outgoing than he is.  I've been working with them, as has my hubby and son, but they are both working a lot of overtime.  We set them up in the round pen, which has sun and shade for the first month or 6 wks.  Now they have their own area, just the two of them, with a stable of their own attached behind the barn.  They are both very happy in their home.   They have about 1 acre all to themselves.  They just run and frolic and have the best time.  I just LOVE them.  But I am partial to Sugar, as she is so sweet.  I taught both of them to give me "kisses" right on the mouth.  It's adorable.  I can't begin to tell you what a JOY these babies are to all of us.  My granddaughter (6) is crazy about them.   They are getting so big.  I have some photos of them taken the first few days there were here and still pretty shy and not over the haul from FL.  I will be sure to take some more and email them to you for the scrapbook and the website.  I will attach the photos that I took of them the first couple days with the blue tags still on them.  In the first pic Sugar is on the right and Sarge on the left.  He has a white stripe and Sugar just has a white star.   In the second pic Sarge in over the top of Sugar.

Best regards,
